Subscription & Membership Policy

Effective Date: July 12, 2026

This Subscription & Membership Policy applies to any recurring subscription offered by FemmeHer, including subscription plans for refill products or other eligible items.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a subscription.

1. Subscription Agreement & Automatic Renewal

By purchasing a product that includes a FemmeHer Subscription Plan, you expressly agree to enroll in a recurring monthly subscription.

  • The subscription is clearly identified as a monthly recurring plan during checkout.

  • By completing your purchase, you authorize FemmeHer to automatically charge your selected payment method on each renewal date until your subscription is cancelled.

  • Your subscription agreement is confirmed during checkout and in your order confirmation email.

2. Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for managing and cancelling their subscriptions if they no longer wish to receive recurring shipments.

  • FemmeHer does not automatically pause or cancel subscriptions on behalf of customers.

  • Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date does not qualify for a refund, chargeback, or reimbursement.

  • FemmeHer is not responsible for missed cancellation deadlines.

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through the Subscription Management Portal, which is:

  • Sent by email immediately after the first subscription order.

  • Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, without contacting Customer Support.

3. Cancellation Deadline

To avoid being charged for the next subscription renewal:

  • Your subscription must be cancelled at least 24 hours before your scheduled billing date.

  • Cancellations submitted after the renewal has been processed will apply to the following billing cycle.

4. Processed Subscription Orders

Once a recurring subscription payment has been successfully processed:

  • The renewal order is automatically submitted for fulfillment.

  • The order cannot be cancelled, refunded, or reversed.

  • The purchased products will be shipped as scheduled.

Because our fulfillment process is automated, all successfully processed subscription renewals are considered final.

5. Customer Acknowledgment

By purchasing a product with a recurring subscription, you acknowledge that:

  • You voluntarily enrolled in a recurring monthly subscription.

  • You are responsible for managing and cancelling your subscription if you no longer wish to continue.

  • Successfully processed renewal payments are non-refundable.

  • You received access to the Subscription Management Portal via your confirmation email.
